What would you think/do if a child created a suicide kit?

A sixth grade art project consist of a child creating and marketing a product.
The child creates a suicide kit in which comes with an instruction book of numerous ways to kill yourself as well as objects. For safety purposes the child puts in a fake gun, fake pills, fake knife and some rope.
What would you think of this child?
After talking to the child you discover that it seems the child has no thoughts of suicide and just meerly thought a kit would be a good idea for those truely wanting to kill themself.
Would you be alarmed, would you refer for counseling?

Sounds like some adult is helping the child. Where would they get those fakes pills and guns? It doesn’t sound like a kid’s mind to me.
